Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders are processed within 1–2 hours of placement. Contact support immediately if you need to cancel or modify. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled but are eligible for our 30-day return policy.

Once your order ships, you receive a tracking email. You can also log into your account and view real-time updates under My Orders.

Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?

Yes. We offer bulk pricing on cookware, knives, and appliances for restaurants, caterers, and culinary schools. Email support with the quantities you need for a custom quote.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Unused tools in original packaging may be returned within 30 days. Damaged or incorrect shipments qualify for replacement or a full refund.

How do I initiate a return?

Log in to your account, go to My Orders, and select Request Refund. Our team responds within 24 hours with return instructions and a prepaid label when approved.

When will I receive my refund?

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Which sizes and sets are available?

Knives and cookware are sold individually and in curated sets. Complete kitchen sets offer the best per-piece value. Contact us for bulk quantities or gift bundles.

How should I care for my kitchen tools?
