Refund & Return Policy

At VELOZEST, we want you confident in every appliance, cookware set, knife, and kitchen tool you order. If something is not right, this policy explains how returns, refunds, and warranty claims work.
1. Return Eligibility
You may return most unused kitchen items within 30 days of delivery if:
- The item is in original condition with all included parts and packaging.
- The product has not been used, washed, or modified beyond reasonable inspection.
- You have your order number or proof of purchase from VELOZEST.
Large appliances and electronic culinary tools may only be returned if unopened or defective on arrival. Opened appliances are handled under warranty or defect review.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked final sale or clearance at the time of purchase.
- Products damaged by misuse, improper cleaning, or incorrect storage after delivery.
- Replacement parts ordered separately for appliances not purchased from VELOZEST.
3. How to Start a Return
- Email shakirali@velozestllc.com or use our Contact Support form.
- Include your order number, item name/SKU, and reason for the return.
- We will reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions and any required RMA details.
Do not send returns without approval — unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.
4. Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return:
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless VELOZEST provides a prepaid label for a defective or incorrect item.
5. Defective or Damaged Items
If your product arrives damaged or fails under normal use within the warranty period, contact us within 14 days of delivery for damage claims, or anytime during the warranty term for defects. We may offer repair, replacement, or refund after review.
6. Warranty Policy
The products we sell are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal home kitchen use. Coverage and terms vary by brand and are set by each manufacturer. Warranty does not cover wear from abuse, commercial use, accidents, or unauthorized modification. 7. Exchanges
Need a different color or model? Contact support before returning. We will help arrange an exchange when stock is available. Price differences may apply.
